I offer a broad set of customized project management services. Everything I do is designed to deliver business value.
SMALL PROJECTS
Short life span. Usually involves one (1) or (2) point of contact(s).
Some examples are:
Single Process Flow Map, Prezi/PPT, Templates, Program Briefs, Research Paper.
MEDIUM PROJECTS
Longer life span. Usually involves a 'team'. Projects will include planning, organizing, and directing the completion.
Some examples are:
New program launch, Website audit plan, Virtual Event plan.
LARGE PROJECTS
Large projects usually last longer than 3 months. Will involve a thorough project process and multi-team collaboration.
Some examples are:
Re-organization plans, Re-location plans, New Database plans, Mergers & Acquisitions.
